Your Role
In the role of Lead Consultant, you will plan for and ensure quality and timeliness of activities related to design, build, and implementation of work products. You will participate in requirements elicitation, analysis of architecture, create and review design, and contribute to estimation, staffing analysis, solutioning, and risk planning. You will act as a mentor and support the project team in developing optimized high-quality deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- German proficiency level of C1/C2 (Minimum) and ability to speak in English
- Knowledge of multiple SDLC models
- Knowledge of relevant quality and process frameworks like CMMi, ITIL
- Knowledge of estimation methodologies to plan and meet project goals
- Knowledge of different models of maintenance & support, SLA frameworks, and transition processes
- Knowledge of change control processes & tools including traceability matrix
- Drives convergence across multiple interdependent teams, proactively resolves conflicts
- Anticipates customer needs, analyzes and improves systems, processes, and services
- Experience in J2EE, Spring, Springboot, Restful Webservices
- Strong knowledge of web services, Microservices, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns
- Experience with Restful API, Hibernate, Spring JPA, XML, XSD, and WSDL
- Experience with Oracle Database
- Experience in the Automobile Domain
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification is a plus
- Oracle and Java certification is a plus
