Key Responsibilities
• Lead SAP MDG design, implementation, and support across Material, Business Partner, Customer, Supplier, and Finance domains
• Define governance processes, data standards, workflows, validations, derivations, and duplicate-check rules
• Guide data modeling, BRF+, Fiori/UI configuration, replication, and S/4HANA or ECC integration
• Lead functional and technical teams, testing, deployment, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination
• Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of SAP experience, including strong hands-on SAP MDG implementation or support expertise
• Expertise in MDG data models, change requests, workflow, BRF+, DRF, ALE/IDoc, and integrations
• Experience in solution architecture, data migration, governance, quality, and master-data harmonization
Preferred Skills
• Exposure to S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP BTP, Agile delivery, and global AMS environments
• Soft Skills
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
