Experience
• At least 1 full end-to-end BRIM implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Hands-on configuration experience in SOM, CC, CI-FICA.
Technical Expertise
• Pricing and rating setup in Convergent Charging.
• Billing and invoicing processes in CI.
• FI-CA integration for financial postings.
• Basic knowledge on Middleware and API integration for external systems.
Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in Agile environments (JIRA/Azure DevOps experience is a plus).
Preferred Experience:
• Solution Design & Implementation
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP BRIM solutions.
- Configure, Enhance and support BRIM modules:
• Subscription Order Management (SOM)
• Convergent Charging (CC)
• Convergent Invoicing (CI)
• Contract Accounting (FI-CA)
• Project Delivery
- Participate in design workshops and prepare functional specifications.
- Support full lifecycle activities: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment.
- Collaborate with technical teams for WRICEF objects and middleware integration.
• Operational Support
- Handle incidents, service requests, and root-cause analysis.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to existing teams
