SAP EAM Solution Architect

Experience Level: 12-15 Years  Primary Skills: SAP EAM, SAP PM, SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Customer service (added advantage)  We are looking for an experienced SAP Enterprise Asset Management Solution Architect to support the design and assessment of an SAP-based solution for Ground Support Equipment management, maintenance, connectivity, and field services.  The selected candidate will evaluate business requirements against standard SAP EAM capabilities, develop a high-level solution architecture, identify functional and technical gaps, and recommend appropriate solution options.  The solution landscape includes SAP Enterprise Asset Management, SAP Field Service Management, IoT integration for equipment monitoring, cloud-based infrastructure, and interoperability with other SAP modules.  Key Responsibilities:  Conduct requirement-gathering and solution-design workshops with business, functional, architecture, integration, and security stakeholders. Assess business requirements against standard SAP EAM capabilities. Design solutions for Ground Support Equipment master data and referential management. Evaluate preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repair, and service-management processes. Design maintenance-execution processes for internal and external service delivery models. Assess spare-parts integration and equipment logistics-tracking requirements. Define integration patterns between SAP EAM, SAP Field Service Management, IoT platforms, cloud solutions, and other SAP modules. Support the assessment of equipment-health monitoring and future predictive-maintenance scenarios. Develop high-level component, interface, system-boundary, and data-flow diagrams. Evaluate external-user access, interface-management, and role-based access-control requirements. Prepare a comprehensive SAP EAM requirement coverage matrix. Perform FIT-GAP analysis and identify requirements needing configuration, integration, enhancement, or custom development. Recommend practical solution options for identified functional and technical gaps. Document solution risks, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and mitigation recommendations. Ensure that the proposed architecture aligns with the current and future enterprise ecosystems.  Required Skills:  Strong hands-on experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management or SAP Plant Maintenance. Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Asset Management processes. Experience with equipment, functional locations, measuring points, maintenance plans, notifications, and maintenance orders. Strong understanding of preventive, corrective, breakdown, and repair-maintenance processes. Experience with internal and external maintenance-service models. Knowledge of spare-parts integration between SAP EAM and SAP Materials Management. Understanding of SAP EAM integration with other SAP modules. Experience conducting business-requirement assessments and FIT-GAP analysis. Ability to evaluate standard SAP functionality against complex business requirements. Experience preparing solution-design documents, functional coverage matrices, and gap-analysis reports. Ability to create high-level architecture, interface, and data-flow documentation. Understanding of role-based access, external-user access, and interface-management considerations. Strong stakeholder-management, workshop-facilitation, analytical, presentation, and documentation skills. Knowledge of understanding the Customer service process
