Technology Lead -German speaker in Essen

· Minimum 12+ years experience in Identity and Privileged Access management.
· Expert knowledge of Identity (Sailpoint) and Priviledged Access Management tool (Safeguard PAM suite) implementation and integration aspects
· Has excellent Understanding of Privileged Access Management and integration with broader security solutions such as Identity Access Governance etc.
· Experienced in IT service management and good Understanding of ITIL processes.
· Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English (Must)
· Excellent interpersonal skills. Perform Onsite and Offshore stakeholder communication/coordination
· In charge of hosting the devops build and deployment toolchain for clients Identity and Privileged Access Management Services. Tools include

o Sailpoint IIQ
o Safeguard Privileged Password and Safeguard Previleged Session and Safeguard Privileged Analytics
o Azure DevOps Code & Build Environment
o SonarQube Code Checking Tool
o Ansible deployment chain

· Managing targets, entitlements, access request policies and all configuration in Safeguard

o Create, update, delete connection policies in Safeguard Privileged Password and Safeguard Privileged Session and Safeguard Privileged Analytics
o Create, update, delete entitlements, access request policies.
o Create, update, delete assets, asset groups, user, user groups
o Session approval in Cloud Assistant and Connection management with Starling
o Session management with Safeguard Remote Access
o Application credential management with Remote App Launcher
o Managing Windows Jump Server for other protocols in the OT

· Perform Platform management and administrative activities of Sailpoint and Safeguard solution. Incubate and automate the management activities on both the products.
