Overview
In this role you lead SAP QM implementations end-to-end, driving business process optimization and regulatory-compliant solutions. You collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and project leadership to deliver high-quality SAP solutions and foster continuous improvement. You will work on Green Field and Brown Field projects, shaping solutions from requirement definition to deployment. This is a mission-driven role focused on quality management in life sciences, with opportunities to mentor junior teammates and influence delivery across global programs.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead end-to-end SAP QM implementation and support on S/4 Quality Management
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops
- Integrate on-premise solutions with BRH and applications on BTP / FIORI
- Analyze processes, validate and document requirements, and design solutions
- Configure, customize, and test SAP QM solutions
- Document functional designs, test cases and results
- Work independently and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to Global Delivery Module projects
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Strong SAP QM consulting experience
- Life sciences industry implementation experience
- Knowledge of QM configurations and integration with SAP PP / PM / MM / SD / WM – EWM
- Experience configuring S/4 with SAP BRH including IHLS / CPI
- Experience integrating with external systems (LIMS / GLIMS, IXOS, 1QEM, 3PL systems)
- Experience with standard QM functions (Batch Management, Batch Derivation, Batch Determination, Quality Master Data, Quality Info Records, Supplier Status Management, Batch Release, Quality Certificates, Quality Notifications)
