Overview
As a Principal Consultant, you will lead the SAP S/4HANA Service Management rollout, coordinating across functions to deliver a stable go-live. You’ll drive design, configuration, testing, and post‑deployment support, working with global templates to ensure best practices. You will train users, manage data migration, and provide Hypercare to optimise system performance. This role combines technical SAP expertise with cross‑functional collaboration to enable smooth business outcomes. You’ll contribute to Infosys’ digital transformation mission while shaping scalable SAP solutions for clients.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead the SAP S/4HANA Service Management rollout and ensure alignment with template standards
- Analyse requirements and translate into BRDs and configuration designs
- Configure SAP SM to match business processes and templates
- Drive Unit Testing and UAT with timely issue resolution
- Collaborate with global template team for best-practice design
- Work with SAP SD, MM, PP, FI leads for cross-module integration
- Engage stakeholders, validate solutions, and communicate rollout progress
- Deliver user training and enablement on SAP SM
- Support data migration strategy, mapping, validation, and cutover
- Provide post-go-live Hypercare, monitor performance, and lead daily stand-ups
