Overview
In this role, you lead SAP EWM rollouts to new warehouses using a global template, overseeing fit–gap analysis, localization, configuration, and data migration. You collaborate with business SMEs and technical teams to ensure smooth cutover and hypercare, driving template adoption and controlled deviations when needed. You work across MM/SD/PP/QM/TM/MDG/Basis to align processes, data, and integrations, delivering scalable solutions. This position offers impact through large-scale warehouse implementations and ongoing process improvements within Infosys’ culture of learning and excellence.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Rollout and template governance: assess fit–gap, document localization needs, and drive template adoption with business-case-backed deviations
- Create/extend organization structures for warehouses, storage types, queues, and resources
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and release management for transport sequencing
- Core EWM functional scope: inbound/outbound/internal processes, POSC/LOSC, WT/WO, QIE integration, RF framework, master data and control
- Integration: IDocs, qRFC monitoring, TM freight units, HU interface, optional L/M and MFS integrations
- Build, test and cutover: configure per template, produce FS/Config RDs, WRICEF specs, lead SIT/UAT and performance tests
- Data migration and cutover: master data, products, stock initial load; run mock rehearsals
- Operations and support: training content, end-user enablement, monitoring, post-rollout improvements and backlog management
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Strong SAP EWM experience with 2 end-to-end EWM implementations and 1+ rollouts
- Hands-on configuration in inbound/outbound/internal processes, RF, HU/packing specs, and QIE integration
- Strong integration knowledge with MM/SD/TM/QM/PP and IDoc/qRFC/CIF/DRF
- Experience in data migration, cutover, and hypercare in warehouse go-lives
- Ability to write FS and review TS/ABAP specs, guide WRICEF builds (BAdIs, enhancements, forms)
- Familiarity with testing tools (Solution Manager/ALM), defect and release management
- Excellent stakeholder communication with shop-floor users (RF)
