As an Industry Principal for SAP S/4HANA data migration, you lead the end-to-end data migration workstream on global transformation programs. You define strategy, governance, and cutover readiness while ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and business confidence. You manage global teams and stakeholders across countries, driving quality, risk management, and smooth go-lives. This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and client leadership, shaping large-scale SAP migrations and cross-functional delivery. You will partner with senior stakeholders to enable successful digital transformation initiatives.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration programs across global transformation and rollout projects
- Define migration strategy, governance, execution roadmap, and cutover readiness
- Oversee data objects, mappings, cleansing, load cycles, validations, and sign-offs aligned to program plans
- Coordinate with data owners, process leads, functional consultants, and PMO across multiple releases and regions
- Accountable for data migration quality, risks, dependencies, and go-live readiness
- Manage teams of data leads, migration analysts, functional consultants, and developers across onshore, nearshore, and offshore models
- Drive data cleansing, enrichment, ownership, validation, and readiness with business stakeholders
- Lead mock cycles, defect resolution, reconciliation reporting, and hypercare support
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Strong experience leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration programs
- Global delivery experience across multiple countries, releases, and data domains
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA data objects in Finance, Procurement, Sales, SCM, Mfg, Projects, Customer, Vendor, Material, BOM, Routings, Pricing, Open Items
- Hands-on knowledge of migration tools (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, SAP BODS/Data Services, LTMC/LTMOM, MYD) and ETL frameworks
- Experience in governance, data quality, mapping standards, issue and risk management, and sign-offs
- Ability to drive cleansing, validation, and readiness activities with stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership with senior client and partner influence
- Analytical, problem-solving, and risk identification skills
- Experience managing multi-site delivery teams across different delivery models
