Overview
As a Program Manager for SAP AMS, you will lead end-to-end service delivery for enterprise clients and oversee large-scale AMS programs. You will align delivery with customer requirements, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure SLA-compliant, high-quality IT services. You will work with global teams on digital transformation journeys for major corporations, shaping efficient and lean solutions. This role offers growth through leadership of cross-border programs and exposure to modern, on-demand learning methods. You will be the trusted face to clients, translating business needs into actionable service delivery improvements.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Oversee SAP AMS delivery ensuring alignment with customer requirements
- Maintain service quality and availability per SLAs and KPIs
- Manage day-to-day operations for system reliability and collaborate with technical teams
- Serve as primary client contact for SAP AMS services
- Build and maintain relationships through performance reviews and feedback
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings to strengthen client partnerships
- Identify opportunities for system improvements to optimize operations
- Recommend and implement best practices to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Monitor and manage team performance with appropriate metrics
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Relevant service delivery experience in Managed Services for SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC
- Experience in a people management role
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to understand business needs and manage services in dynamic environments
- Knowledge of SLAs, OLAs, and contracts in insourced or outsourced settings
- Good understanding of SAP ERP (functional/technical)
- Awareness of industry trends and SAP strategy/service portfolio
- SAP S/4HANA, IT Service Management, Project Management certifications preferred
- Experience with Agile and Lean processes preferred
- ITIL certification or ITIL-based service management experience preferred
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager or other service management tools
- PMP or other project management certifications
- Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions
