Overview
As a Principal Consultant for SAP PP/PM/QM, you drive end-to-end SAP solutions in manufacturing environments. You will lead S/4HANA Transformation projects and collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver integrated PP, PM, and QM processes. Your work shapes production planning, maintenance, and quality across discrete and hybrid manufacturing. This role offers the chance to influence cross-functional manufacturing capability and contribute to a digital transformation at Infosys.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead end-to-end solution design, configuration, and integration across PP, PM, and QM
- Drive S/4HANA transformation projects including PPDS, MRP Live, Maintenance Scheduling, and Advanced Quality Management
- Create Blueprints, Functional Specifications, Use Cases, Test Plans, and end-user documentation
- Align SAP processes with best practices for discrete, process, or hybrid manufacturing
- Configure and optimize MRP, Demand Management, and Production execution processes
- Configure PP master data (Material Master, BOMs, Routings, Work Centres, Production Versions)
- Develop capacity planning, long-term planning, and shop floor control capabilities
- Integrate with MES and external production systems
- Configure preventive, corrective, breakdown, and predictive maintenance
- Set up maintenance plans, task lists, notifications, orders, measurement points, and calibration
- Incorporate maintenance costing, spare parts planning, and GIS/asset management integrations
- Configure inspection plans, quality lots, certificates, notifications, MICs, sampling procedures, and quality control
- Apply QM knowledge in procurement, production, and delivery
- Support integration testing, UAT, cutover, go-live activities and hyper care
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Hands-on SAP PP/PM/QM configuration and solution design
- Minimum 2–3 S/4HANA implementation projects
- Experience writing functional specifications for RICEFW objects
- Experience with Fiori Apps for PP, PM, and QM
- Knowledge of PP planning, demand management, master data, and shop floor control
- Knowledge of QM in quality planning, in-process quality, and audits
- Strong integration experience with MM, SD, FI/CO, WM/EWM, PS, and APO/IBP
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
