Overview
As Principal Consultant for SAP FICO, you will lead end-to-end FICO solution design and delivery in a cross-functional setting. You’ll drive workshops to refine controlling requirements and improve processes, configure key CO areas, and implement CO-PA and profitability metrics in S/4HANA. Collaborate with FI, MM, PM, and SD teams to design integrated solutions, validate specs for RICEFWs, and steer testing, UAT, and cutover. You’ll mentor juniors, champion CO governance, and provide expert production support, shaping the CO strategy within Infosys’ digital transformation agenda.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO solution design, configuration, and delivery
- Run workshops with stakeholders to define controlling requirements and process improvements
- Configure Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing
- Implement and optimize CO-PA and Universal Allocation in S/4HANA
- Collaborate across FI, MM, PM, and SD for integrated process design
- Review/validate functional specs for RICEFW developments
- Lead system testing, UAT, and cutover execution
- Provide expert production support and root cause analysis for CO issues
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge management
- Support CO strategy, governance, and best practices
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Deep expertise in CCA, PCA, IO, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and CO-PA
- Strong S/4HANA Finance experience including Universal Journal and real-time integration
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Preferred S/4HANA FICO certification
- Exposure to SAC Planning or Group Reporting
- Experience in Utility Industry
