Sourcing Buyer Lead with Dutch

Overview

In this role you lead strategic sourcing for a major client from Germany, coordinating end-to-end procurement and building strong cross-functional relationships. You will drive savings and value through RFx activities, eSourcing and TCO approaches, while managing SLAs and KPIs in an international, matrixed setup. You will work closely with stakeholders and suppliers in Dutch and English to deliver measurable business impact. This position offers remote work with global collaboration and a focus on strategic sourcing excellence.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Execute end-to-end sourcing projects, including spend analysis, opportunity identification, scope clarification, execution, contract management and reporting
• Prepare and run RFx activities using eSourcing platforms
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage terms of commercial and contractual discussions
• Document, track, and report savings and other sourcing benefits
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and suppliers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Finance, Controlling, Logistics) as required
• Ensure compliance with global procurement processes, policies, and documentation
• Deliver against procurement SLAs and KPIs (savings, payment terms, delivery terms)
• Identify and communicate procurement risks and supplier issues in assigned markets or commodities
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including tactical sourcing and PR-to-PO within defined thresholds
• Handle multiple sourcing initiatives and priorities while maintaining quality and timely delivery

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement with emphasis on strategic sourcing
• Strong experience across MRO and Services; Direct Materials exposure is a plus
• Ability to independently plan, lead and execute complex sourcing projects
• Excellent Dutch and English language skills (C1)
• Hands-on experience with eSourcing, RFx processes and platforms
• Spend analysis, business case creation, and Total Cost of Ownership approaches
• ERP experience and knowledge of supplier negotiations, contract management and savings documentation
• Proven ability to manage procurement end-to-end, including PR-to-PO within defined thresholds
• Ability to work in an international, matrix-managed organization
