Overview
In this Principal Consultant role, you will implement and optimize SAP ICSM for clinical supply management in pharma, aligning with S/4HANA and cross-functional teams. You will shape processes, configure solutions, and ensure validated, compliant operations across study planning, manufacturing, and distribution. You help drive efficient clinical trial logistics and data visibility, collaborating with stakeholders and external partners. This position offers impact across the digital transformation of clinical supply chains and continuous process improvement.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Gather and analyze clinical supply chain business requirements
- Design and configure SAP ICSM processes for clinical trial operations
- Support study setup, demand planning, supply planning, packaging, labeling, and distribution
- Integrate SAP ICSM with SAP S/4HANA and related applications
- Support testing activities (unit testing, SIT, UAT) and validation
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support
- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and external partners
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials
- Participate in solution design workshops and process improvement initiatives
