Your Role and Responsibilities
- Outsourced Staff will deliver DSE, MIP/Workshops, and Custom Transactional Engagements.
- Deliver the engagements under the direction of the Supplier Lead
- Responsible for supporting customer tech intensity.
- Update skills profile in line with ‚Ringed-Fenced‘ technologies and delivery scope
Required Skills :
5+ years of Office 2016/M365 Apps related experience covering the following:

Deep understanding in on-premises Office2016/M365 Apps and Architecture
-
Designing and implementing Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments
-
Experience in Entra ID and Entra Connect
-
Good understanding of M365 fundamentals
-
Deep understanding in Exchange server and hybrid architecture 20162019
-
Deep troubleshooting skills with Exchange server and hybrid Exchange environments
-
Designing & implementing services of MS Exchange server
-
Experience in assessing Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, provide best practice recommendations
-
Experience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizations
-
Deep understanding in SMTP
-
Deep understanding in Active Directory architecture

Experience in managing, maintaining, and migrating Office/M365 Apps
-
Experience in configuring Enterprise scale deployments and configurations.
-
Understanding how Microsoft 365 platform components interact with different Apps.
-
At least 3+ years of experience working with Enterprise customers in any of the following: providing customer technical readiness, delivery support services, technical support, solution development, account management; technical requirements gathering; broad evangelism through events (presentation skills) or related.

Experience with upgrades between different Office versions.

Experience with Disaster Recovery scenarios.

Designing and implementing Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments
Preferred skills
- Experience in the enterprise customer arena

- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
- Troubleshooting knowledge & skills
- Degree qualification or equivalent experience
- Good understanding of ITIL/Service Management
- Passion for new innovative technology and drive customer transformation
- Demonstrate effective balance between business and technical acumen
- Ability to effectively recognize and adapt to change
- Ability to deliver presentations and discuss complimentary products at a solutions level
- Ability to handle customer critical issues and work in difficult situations
Non-negotiable skills:
- German Language with C1 level
- Willing to travel and client interface.
