Technical Instructor (m/f/d) in München

Our client is looking for a Technical Instructor to deliver engaging technical training and learning experiences for enterprise customers. In this role, you will own training engagements end-to-end, from preparation and content development through delivery and post-engagement follow-up. You will deliver both virtual and in-person training, create tailored learning programs, and help customers build practical knowledge and confidence in modern digital technologies.

The ideal candidate has a background in technical training, enterprise software, technology consulting, or technical enablement, combined with strong customer engagement and presentation skills. You should be comfortable explaining complex technical concepts to different audiences and have a practical understanding of modern web technologies, APIs, and data structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own training engagements end-to-end, including preparation, delivery, logistics, and post-engagement follow-up.

• Deliver engaging technical training programs through both virtual and in-person formats.

• Facilitate technical workshops and presentations for diverse customer audiences.

• Develop tailored, use-case-based learning programs based on customer needs and business objectives.

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical, and engaging learning experiences.

• Create and deliver instructor-led and self-paced learning content.

• Collaborate with other instructors and international teams to ensure consistent training practices and delivery standards.

• Manage virtual learning environments, including classroom technology, logistics, recordings, and operational readiness.

• Apply customer and market understanding to support successful adoption of enterprise technology solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–10+ years of relevant experience in technical training, enterprise software, technology consulting, technical enablement, or a related field.

• Experience delivering instructor-led training, technical workshops, presentations, consulting engagements, or similar learning experiences.

• Strong facilitation, presentation, and customer engagement skills.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and adapt content to different audiences.

• Experience developing and delivering both virtual and in-person learning content.

• Practical understanding of modern web architectures, including Single Page Applications (SPAs), REST APIs, JSON, SQL, data models, schemas, and enterprise data structures.

• Experience with API testing and development tools such as Postman.

• Proficiency with Git and Markdown.

• Strong customer focus, learning mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.

• Fluency in both German and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise software, digital customer solutions, customer data, or similar technology environments.

• Knowledge of modern digital platforms or comparable enterprise technology solutions.

• Experience creating customer-specific technical enablement or training programs.

• Background in technical consulting, solution consulting, customer success, or professional services.

• Additional languages are a plus.

Education:

• Combination of relevant education and practical technical experience required.
