Team Leader Automation Engineering (m/f/d) As team leader for automation technology, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of innovative automation solutions in the field of crane system construction.
Responsibilities
Technical and disciplinary management of
a dedicated team of automation engineers, PLC programmers and electrical planners
Responsibility for the planning, implementation and continuous optimization
of automation projects
Coordination of internal and external resources
to ensure that the project is completed on time
Integration and further development of modern sensor solutions
for process monitoring and quality assurance
Standardization of automation processes
and further development
Ensuring compliance
with quality standards, safety regulations and applicable norms
Optional involvement in electrical planning , in particular in the selection and design of control components and circuit diagrams
Support during commissioning
and in analyzing and rectifying technical faults
Interdisciplinary collaboration
with other specialist departments such as sales, production and project management
YOUR PROFILE
Completed studies in the field of
automation technology, electrical engineering
or comparable technical training
Several years of professional experience
in industrial automation – ideally with management experience
Sound knowledge of
PLC programming , especially with
Siemens TIA Portal
Experience in the
integration of industrial sensor technology
and its application in process optimization
Knowledge of
electrical planning
with tools such as
EPLAN
is an advantage
Familiar with industrial networks, visualization systems and drive technology
High level of
communication skills, leadership and team orientation
Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
Very good written and spoken
German and English skills

The salary for this position is from an all-in salary of € 63,000 gross/year for full-time and permanent employment (collective agreement for the metalworking industry). Depending on your qualifications and experience, an overpayment is provided .
