• Proficiency in Business Process and ERP
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and with our team
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics or related fields
• Understanding of change management in ERP projects and guiding the customer
