This is a fantasticopportunity for an experienced professional to contribute tohigh-impact projects in a dynamic and evolvingfield.KeyResponsibilities:Ensure compliancewith data privacy policies and notices.Conductprivacy impact assessments for ongoing projects and new systemimplementations, documenting findings and recommending riskmitigation strategies.Support theimplementation and enhancement of Data Subject Rights Management(e.g., consent management, right to beforgotten).Maintain data subject requests anddata breach records.Embed Privacy by Designconsiderations in system architectures, applications, andprojects.Maintain and update the inventory ofpersonal data processed across businessunits.Develop and enhance procedures,guidelines, and templates for privacy impact assessments and datasubject rights management.Conduct AI riskassessments, ensuring compliance with responsible AI principles andbest practices.Develop mitigation strategiesfor AI-related risks, including data misuse, unintendedconsequences, and operational failures.Addressand resolve privacy-related gaps identified through internal andexternal audits.Promote data privacy awarenesswithin theorganization.Qualifications &Experience:Strong expertise in dataprivacy, information security, or a closely relatedfield.Proven experience implementing privacyprocesses and controls.Solid knowledge of GDPRand other data protectionframeworks.Experience conducting privacy riskassessments and developing mitigationstrategies.Understanding of Privacy by Designprinciples and frameworks (e.g., NIST Privacy Framework, ISO27701).Hands-on experience with AItechnologies, machine learning models, and AI riskmanagement.Familiarity with AI governanceframeworks such as NIST AI Risk Management Framework, EU AIAct.Professional certifications such as CIPP,CIPM, CIPT, AIGP are a plus.Excellentcommunication skills, with the ability to convey complex privacyand AI concepts to both technical and non-technicalaudiences.Fluency in English is required;French is an advantage.If you arepassionate about data privacy and AI risk management and want to bepart of an innovative and forward-thinking team, we encourage youto apply!Apply now and be a part of shaping thefuture of responsible data and AIgovernance!
