It’s fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they’re doing! At Dell Technologies, the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) is looking for a Business Development Manager (m/w/d) based in Switzerland. Responsibilities
Acquire new partners and strategically develop existing partners within the Dell Technologies ecosystem. Identify concrete market, customer, and growth opportunities for the Dell Technologies ISG portfolio and implement derived actions. Support sales teams in positioning and marketing solutions in the areas of Server, Storage, Networking, AI, and Services. Promote synergies and cross‑selling opportunities between the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) and the Client Solutions Group (CSG). Develop and execute joint Go‑to‑Market and partner initiatives with Sales, Presales, Category, Marketing, and Dell Technologies. Assist partners with OEM programs, campaigns, incentives, and the expansion of their Dell Technologies competencies. Analyze pipeline, revenue, and performance data, derive concrete business actions, and present results in forecasts and business reviews. Core Mindset

Qualifications & Experience
Several years of experience in business development, channel management, or sales in the IT or technology sector. Experience in building and strategically developing partner and customer relationships. Strong knowledge of infrastructure business, preferably in Server, Storage, Networking, or Data Center. Experience designing and implementing sales and Go‑to‑Market activities. Analytical understanding of pipeline, forecast, revenue development, and relevant business KPIs. Hands‑on experience with Dell Technologies or a comparable infrastructure manufacturer is advantageous. Language Skills
Very good German (written and spoken). Good English. French is a plus. Nice to Have
Deep understanding of the IT channel and partner business. Existing network in the Swiss IT market. Experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and business KPIs. Technical background in data‑center, cloud, and networking architectures. Knowledge in AI, data backup, recovery, or security. Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder communication skills. Certifications or vendor knowledge in the Dell Technologies ecosystem. Benefits
