Main Responsibilities
- Assume leadership for assigned strategic accounts; build and execute strategic account plans and coordinate Sanofi resources to drive value co‑creation and meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and grow trust‑based partnerships with external stakeholders; develop deep understanding of customer business drivers, priorities, challenges, competitors, and value‑based healthcare and financial levers.
- Identify and qualify high‑value opportunities; develop growth strategies with internal cross‑functional teams and executive relationships; conduct business coaching/strategy sessions; serve as central focal point for account planning, collaboration, resource allocation, and customer engagement.
Basic Qualifications (Minimum Required Skills & Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of field sales or account management experience.
- Broad understanding of health system business, decision‑making processes, and market trends; proven ability to access C‑suite to D‑suite decision makers.
- Ability to translate market knowledge into strategic plans with internal stakeholders; execute tactical initiatives, provide feedback, and prioritize multiple projects.
- Demonstrated success working with P&T committees and decision makers/influencers in hospitals, health systems, IHNs, and other large organized customers.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; self‑directed, organized, excellent execution/planning.
- Ability to adapt to change; excellent written and oral communication.
- Valid driver’s license; eligible for insurance; able to safely operate a vehicle.
Minimum Preferred Skills & Experience
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Strong data analytics.
- Experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, or Finance.
- Proficient with MS Office and customer management databases.
- Experience leading teams with impact/influence with key internal stakeholders.
Travel
Up to 75% travel.
