About the organization
A financial-intelligence organization helps banks and payment providers assess, monitor and reduce exposure to money laundering and financial crime. Its risk-intelligence platform is used to turn compliance data into measurable operational insight.
About the team
The Forward Deployed Engineering team works directly with financial institutions to turn risk-intelligence capabilities into production-grade compliance solutions. Engineers embed with banks, payment providers and fintechs and operate between customer delivery and core platform development.
About the role
The engineer leads complex production deployments of transaction-screening and risk-assessment systems. Customer environments involve real regulatory deadlines, high accuracy requirements and complex data. The role maps problems, structures delivery, builds integrations and aims for measurable results such as fewer false positives, faster onboarding and clearer risk signals.
Success definition
Success means owning delivery state across multiple client workstreams, maintaining both pace and quality, and turning field lessons into reusable product improvements.
