Take your place among the world’s finest in business aviation.Your role• Daily leadership & team management• Conduct daily morning meetings with the team to define priorities and plan daily tasks.• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of 5–10 technicians working on aircraft cabin projects, and control their daily timesheet• Estimate and plan manpower needs in advance; align resources with project demands.Project execution & coordination• Oversee cabin installation and define removal and reinstallation sequences on assigned aircraft.• Monitor the various shops involved in the modifications, maintenance and refurbishment• Liaise closely with Engineering to resolve issues, clarify drawings, or handle discrepancies.• Participate in aircraft meetings to track progress and align with project milestones.Technical & compliance aspects oversight• Open defect reports and ensure timely ordering of necessary parts• Follow procedures as per PR, CMM, OMM, AMM; ensure accurate closure in SAP, and coordination with Certifying staff.• Monitor budget and schedule adherence, ensuring delivery on time and within scopegWhat we offer you• An exciting and challenging job in a dynamic environment.• Various opportunities for professional and personal development• Working with the latest technologies and tools.• A motivated and cheerful team that looks forward to working with you.• Our events are great!
