As a Data Analyst focused on Data & AI, you will drive data-driven steering by turning large data into actionable insights and sustainable data products. You will work across data products to provide a 360-degree view that explains what happened, why, and what will happen next, influencing business decisions. Your role connects analytics with product development and stakeholder goals, delivering clear recommendations and proof-of-concepts. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Perform analyses on large, diverse datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and relationships
- Identify data sources, quality issues, and dependencies across INNIO’s data products
- Translate business questions into analytical concepts, data needs, metrics, and data-driven solutions
- Develop proof-of-concepts to validate analytical approaches for future implementation
- Translate results into actionable insights and recommendations for data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment on business problems
- Coordinate with technical teams to advance data product development, reports, and dashboards
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics or related field
- Strong hands-on Python and SQL; experience analyzing large/complex datasets
- Knowledge of Data Bricks is a plus
- Solid understanding of how data is generated, structured, connected, and processed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a critical mindset
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
- Availability for 50% presence in Jenbach, Austria
