Overview
In this role you support INNIO's Turbo Charger service initiatives and act as the link between operations and TC service suppliers. You review reports, define service scope, and help develop repair solutions to keep TC fleets available. You enable field technicians with training materials and supervise maintenance tasks. You will work with teams across Germany and Jenbach and contribute to sustainable, high-availability TC service on a global scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Identify opportunities for higher sustainability across the TC life cycle
- Review TC service reports and define the scope of work
- Develop, test, and review TC repair solutions
- Develop and select appropriate TC service solutions
- Provide training materials and support to field service technicians
- Supervise TC maintenance tasks and coordinate training for technicians
- Create statistics on TC service requirements by operation profile and time in operation
- Review technical documents related to TC maintenance and troubleshooting for customers, field service, and distributors
- Establish and maintain relationships with Jenbacher regions (subsidiaries)
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Higher technical education with mechanical or industrial/business engineering scope (min. 3 years’ service experience in energy)
- Technical knowledge about TC operation and service concepts
- Service mindset with independent, proactive, fast-response, and flexible work style
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Ability to work with people from different cultures and time zones
- Good interpersonal and team-oriented communication skills
- Fluency in German and English
