Overview
In this role you drive the creation, management and optimization of technical documentation for INNIO Jenbacher electrical systems. You coordinate content across documents within the template team to support engineering projects and customer needs. You will standardize editorial processes, manage metadata and translations, and ensure quality across multilingual outputs. You help integrate documentation with ERP/PLM and engineering tools, enabling scalable, compliant content and knowledge reuse. This is a high-impact role for shaping how we communicate technical concepts to customers.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Subject-matter responsibility for strategic direction and quality of technical documentation
- Standardization and optimization of editorial processes, pipelines, and guidelines
- Overseeing creation, updating, and modular structure of standard-compliant docs in SCHEMA ST4
- Managing metadata, taxonomies and modular content reuse
- Coordinating translation of documentation with external providers
- Participating in QA processes for content created internally and externally
- Contributing to integration with ERP (Oracle/Tacton), EPLAN P8, Automation Studio and PLM (Windchill) systems
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s/Master’s or HTL background with relevant experience
- Several years of experience in technical writing, content management, or systems engineering
- Expert knowledge of component content management structures, ideally SCHEMA ST4
- Excellent English and German communication skills, with stakeholder influence ability
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset across all organizational levels
