Overview
In this role you will deliver timely, accurate financial results and support reporting to drive operational decisions. You will participate in financial planning, analyze cost drivers, and support quarterly closes across product and country dimensions. You work cross-functionally to improve processes and ensure sound accounting entries. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Deliver timely and accurate financial results and explain variances to drive operational actions
- Support financial planning processes
- Develop understanding of existing business policies
- Report financial results to illuminate cost profiles and balance sheet items by product/country
- Perform in-depth analysis of specific cost buckets (system vs. manual entries)
- Consolidate and track quarterly performance against the business plan on key financial targets
- Support quarterly closing and collaborate cross-functionally as needed
- Contribute to process improvements within the area and drive daily efficiency
- Ensure accurate accounting entries for the area of responsibility
- Execute basic subledger / accounting activities
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business Administration
- Professional experience in Accounting or Controlling
- Good analytic skills and ability to link financial results to operational drivers
- Excellent communication, assertiveness and problem-solving skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
- A valid work permit for Austria
