Overview
In this role you lead service product development to support after-sales needs across Jenbacher platforms. You will drive CMU projects, overhaul initiatives, and workshop support, coordinating with internal teams and external partners. You’ll manage timelines, align with service product strategy, and push for efficient, market-ready solutions. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes product concepts and validates releases in a global, engineering-led environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead and drive service product development projects from kickoff to validation and serial release
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and reporting to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Sourcing, Validation, Service Regions)
- Document and organize testing activities on development engines, rig facilities, or in the field
- Communicate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure project execution
- Support project definition and execution using project management techniques
- Work self-dependently on multiple projects simultaneously
- Support innovation by assessing market trends and evaluating ideas for continuous improvement
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor/Master in engineering or equivalent with 5+ years in engineering or technical service
- Proven ability to deliver results on multiple projects
- Strong integrity and credibility with engineering teams and senior management
- Ability to bring people together to customer-focused solutions
- Experience with cross-functional teams and prioritization
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of reciprocating engines and their systems
- Familiarity with quality systems and project management methodologies
- Experience or knowledge in product concept development and data analysis
