Overview
In this role you drive the end-to-end improvement and automation of service contract operations at INNIO Jenbacher, from configuration to renewal, billing and reporting. You act as the CLM business owner, ensuring systems and data support growth, efficiency and a great user experience. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with IT, finance, service and product teams to scale new service offerings and maintain data quality. You will define KPIs, lead change management and embed a culture of continuous improvement. This role offers international exposure and impact across regions.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Drive end-to-end process improvements across contract configuration, setup, execution, renewal, billing and reporting
- Serve as the CLM application lead, gather business requirements, coordinate system changes, support users and ensure the system meets needs
- Ensure high data quality and governance for service contract master and transactional data (CRM, ERP & contract modeling)
- Define and implement training, process documentation and knowledge transfer for sustainable adoption
- Lead automation and integration of new service products and offerings into the Service Contracts landscape
- Ensure new product introductions are supported by scalable process design, system readiness, data structures and user enablement
- Collaborate with IT, digital, finance, service and product teams to optimize interfaces and end-to-end process flows
- Define and monitor KPIs for process performance, automation effectiveness, training adoption and data quality
- Lead change management and sustain improvement initiatives across functions and regions
- Communicate initiative achievements to VP-level management
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management or related field
- Several years of experience in process excellence, BPM, operations, commercial operations, service contract management or transformation roles
- Proven track record in cross-functional process improvement and automation initiatives
- Experience with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, CLM or related tools; advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Oracle is beneficial
- Strong change management, stakeholder alignment and implementation experience
- Experience in an international matrix organization is highly desirable
- Leadership experience in projects or programs with multiple stakeholders across regions
- Strong analytical skills and communication competence; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint required
- Additional qualifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Process Management, Project Management or Change Management advantageous
