The Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving INNIO’s global compensation, benefits, and job architecture frameworks to support business strategy, organizational effectiveness, compliance, and employee value proposition globally. The role ensures consistent job evaluation, market-aligned reward practices, effective benefits management, workforce planning support, business travel policy governance, and pay transparency readiness across regions and functions, supported by clear documentation and effective communication for different stakeholder groups.

Your Responsibilities
Lead the design, governance and continuous improvement of INNIO’s global compensation and benefits frameworks
Own and maintain job architecture and job evaluation methodologies
Manage global and regional benefits programs, policies, and vendor coordination
Drive workforce planning processes in partnership with HR and business leaders by providing organizational insights, role structure guidance, and data-based recommendations
Own and govern the business travel policy framework
Lead pay transparency initiatives by developing governance, processes, and implementation plans
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, communication materials, and stakeholder messages tailored to different audiences
Leverage advanced analytical and digital tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, HR systems, and practical AI solutions, strengthen decision-making
Takes ownership of ad hoc tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating team spirit and commitment to the success of the team and company
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve clear documentation for compensation and benefits programs, policies, processes, governance standards, and decision frameworks to ensure consistency, audit readiness, and ease of use
Your Profile
8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, reward, or broader human resources roles related to C&B topics within an international organization
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field from an accredited institution
Proven experience in job architecture, job evaluation, compensation governance, and benefits management in a multi-country environment
Demonstrated experience leading medium to high complexity cross-functional projects, preferably involving policy design, organizational frameworks, or HR transformation
Experience supporting workforce planning, organizational design, or people cost planning processes
Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders across regions and functions
Experience supporting regulatory and compliance topics related to pay transparency, employment practices, and benefits governance
Proven experience preparing policies, process documentation, presentations, and communication materials for different stakeholder groups, including senior leadership
High level of judgment, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Advanced Excel & Power Point skills, including the ability to work with large datasets, build robust analyses, develop models, and generate clear management insights
Fluency in German & English is required
