The Experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager (m/f/d) - Corporate is responsible to lead Corporate IT projects with a focus on Finance, but also Legal, HR and other corporate functions. In this role, you will drive the successful delivery of digital and IT initiatives that improve processes, implement and enhance software applications used in corporate functions, and create measurable business value. You will work as a as a Project Manager at the intersection of business and IT, managing the translation of corporate needs provided by our transformation partners into effective solutions. You ensure smooth execution of these projects across global, cross-functional teams. The role requires experience in finance related IT projects or similar areas strong skills in adoption of AI, project management, and effective communication with global teams.

Your Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Corporate IT and digital transformation projects from idea to implementation and stabilization
Drive initiatives primarily in the
Finance
area, while partnering with
Legal, HR, Procurement , and other corporate stakeholders
Analyze business processes and facilitate workshops to identify optimization and digitalization opportunities
Leverage expertise in AI to drive innovative and effective solutions
Manage the implementation, enhancement, and integration of
third-party software solutions , as well as in-house developed applications within the corporate landscape
Coordinate cross-functional teams, implementation partners, and software suppliers in an international environment
Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in scope while actively managing risks, dependencies, and escalations
Support change management and user adoption to ensure sustainable business impact
Provide clear project reporting and stakeholder communication across all organizational levels
Track project outcomes and help ensure that implemented solutions deliver measurable value
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Min 5 years experience managing
IT or digital transformation projects
in multinational or complex corporate environments
Strong background in
Corporate IT , ideally with hands‑on experience in Finance IT or similar business-critical areas
Proven experience with
third-party software implementations , system enhancements, and integrations
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Experience working with global, virtual, and cross-functional teams as well as external vendors
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
Ability to balance attention to detail with a strong end-to-end business perspective
Collaborative, open‑minded, and accountable personality with the ability to build trust across functions
Strong team player, inclusive & open-minded approach, high say/do ratio
This role requires 50% presence in Jenbach, Austria
