The Project Logistic Expert (m/f/d) supports the seamless project execution by coordinating and optimizing material flow, logistic operations, ensuring timely, cost-efficient, and compliant delivery of goods. The position acts as a key interface between suppliers, transport providers, internal teams, and external partners to enable seamless material flow.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor shipping schedules, transportation costs, import duties and delivery performance
Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain service quality
Collaborate with Project Management, Site Management, Global Supply Chain, external Packagers and Customs Teams to ensure smooth material flow
Resolve issues related to transportation, inventory and/or delivery delays
Maintain compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards and company procedures
Analyse logistics data and prepare reports on shipping performance, costs and service levels
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives within shipping operations
Your Profile:
Commercial education, bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or qualified logistics specialist
Several years of experience in shipping, logistics, transportation and customs
Familiarity with customs regulations, freight management, and carrier coordination
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in ERP systems, shipping software, and Microsoft-Office applications
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong customer mindset
