At INNIO we offer you: An innovative and international working environment Health We Care Program - including company sport activities Moving cost support for new employees in accordance with policy Good connections to public transport - station in direct proximity Transportation cost support in accordance with policy One of the best canteens in the area with healthy and various meals Attractive location in the heart of the alps which provides various outdoor sport and other leisure possibilities Your Responsibilities: Drive and execute cross-functional projects and priority initiatives across the service contract management organization assigned by the Director – Contract Management and Senior Services leadership Partner with senior contract management leadership across to support and implement key strategic, and operational priorities such as the implementation and improvement of SOX controls Operationalize initiatives that enable Services growth, support new Service products, and improve margins across the Service Contracts organization Lead targeted cross-functional initiatives that further strengthen the control and governance framework within the Service Contracts environment Validate business cases, prepare management‑ready analyses, and actively support monthly service reviews with clear updates on progress, results, risks, and next steps Communicate initiative achievements and outcomes to VP‑level management Your Profile: Bachelor or master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management or a related field Several years of experience in process excellence, business process management, operations, commercial operations, service contract management or transformation roles Proven track record in driving cross-functional process improvement and automation initiatives Strong experience inchange management, stakeholder alignment and implementation of sustainable process improvements Experience in an international matrix organization is highly desirable Leadership experience in projects, programs or functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders across regions and functions Strong analytical skills and communication competence, profound Excel and PowerPoint knowledge a must Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 30% as needed in support of business priorities and stakeholder engagement Fluent English required; German is an advantage At INNIO, we offer a competitive salary package which is far above the requirements of the metal collective agreement in Austria. xecpmvz We highly value your individual qualifications and experience.
