Technical Team Lead - Electrical Customer Engineering (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Technical Lead of an Order Engineering Team (Sales Areas Americas/Eastern Europe/Benelux)
• Generate customer-specific electrical engineering for Jenbacher gas engines
• Configure and program PLC software, including bus coupling to customer networks and master control systems
• Participate in customer project meetings to define scope and find technical solutions
• Allocate orders within the team
• Coach and train newly hired team members
• Support the team on complex applications
• Develop and implement customer and country-specific standards in collaboration with Project Management and Channel Partners
• Focus on continuous improvement of key KPIs (Software DPU, Fulfillment, Order Changes DPU, etc.)
• Support commissioning at test benches or customer sites for complex projects
• Collaborate closely with Project Management, Assembly, Mechanical Order Engineering, Documentation, and Technology teams
• Assist in further development of design and programming tools

Your Profile:

• Profound technical education in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor, Master, Technical College HTL)
• Experience with Jenbacher Gas Engines Technology
• Experience in design with Eplan P8 and PLC programming
• Project management and team leadership skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• High motivation, self-starter attitude, strong problem-solving capabilities
• Legal authorization to work in Austria is required (Non-EU citizens must attach the authorization form to their application)

The base salary is at least EUR 4,269.07 gross per month (14 payments), according to the Austrian collective agreement, with additional compensation depending on qualifications and experience.
