Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience and strong alignment with business objectives.
Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational priorities and growth objectives
Analyze workforce data and key people metrics to identify trends and recommend actions
Coach leaders on performance, engagement, and people development matters.
Foster a positive employee experience and serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and global HR teams to deliver integrated people solutions (e.g. recruitment activities for confidential roles)
Ensure compliance with Austrian labor law, company policies, and HR governance standards
Your Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of HR Business Partner or HR leadership experience in an international environment
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective people strategies
Proven expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience partnering senior leaders
Strong coaching, influencing, and relationship-building capabilities
Solid knowledge of Austrian labor law and employment practices
Fluent German and English language skills
