Your Tasks

• Lead European 360° Campaigns: Take ownership of all nationwide and European integrated marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Drive Consulting Excellence: Manage projects from initial briefing through completion, including reporting and performance analysis.
• Budget & Strategy Management: Plan and oversee client budgets while developing strategic initiatives to grow their business.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain deep knowledge of your clients’ business, competitors, and the latest industry trends.
• Deliver Tailored Solutions: Present the best, most relevant solutions by understanding client needs and operational frameworks.
• Create Smart Responses: Develop cost‑effective, justified proposals that meet client requirements.
• Keep Projects on Track: Prepare and maintain all key documentation—project plans, briefs, status reports, risk assessments, and change requests.
• Analyze & Optimize: Evaluate digital campaign performance and overall marketing activities to ensure measurable success.

Your Profile

• Degree in Marketing & Communication or Online Marketing (or equivalent).
• 5+ years experience in an international agency, ideally in automotive digital marketing (including CMS and mobile marketing).
• Strong expertise in social media marketing (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, blogs, etc.).
• Technical know‑how in website production, creative and application development.
• Experience with analytics tools is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal), German is a plus.
• Strong project and process management skills.
