Our Corporate Strategy & Business Planning team in Frankfurt (European regional HQ), is looking for a third team member who can support them as trainee for a period of 12 months. What you'll do:
Along the team’s three core pillars, you will be supporting the Director of Corporate Strategy & Business Planning with the following tasks:
Strategy, Intel, Reporting
- Support Corporate Planning's research and strategy requests, including special reporting and research requests from our HQ in Korea (Korean / English).
- Support in the preparation of the team’s Intel Calendar for top management
- Take ownership of reporting requests from our top management and HQ
- Support the organization of hospitality for the agency's international top management.
- Team up with all teams, client-facing and corporate services, in exciting projects
- Collaborate on a continuous basis to improve our processes
- On the internal side, you will support our agency culture through internal communication and initiatives
- On the external side, you will contribute to INNOCEAN’s visibility and employer branding in Germany and Europe, with a focus on social media and the website.
Your Profile:
- You have completed or are in the advanced stages of your studies in Marketing or a related field.
- You already gained internship experience in an international environment.
- Proficient in English (our official language). German or Korean skills are a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- You are a team player.
- You are meticulous and diligent.
- You are flexible to juggle a range of different tasks and work hard to meet deadlines.
- You can handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Digitally savvy, curious and eager to experiment and learn.
