The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented CMS Contest Management Specialist to handle and maintain our client\’s web presence using Adobe Experience Manager . You\’ll create fresh pages, update existing ones, and ensure seamless website functionality while collaborating with a team focused on enhancing user engagement. You will manage multiple websites in different languages, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Your Tasks:
- Website Management: Develop, maintain, enhance, and perform content management solutions. Assist with a regular website release schedule and adhere to an agile sprint cycle. Collaborate with technology counterparts for thorough testing of all system updates, upgrades, launches, enhancements, and integrations.
- Utilize Adobe Experience Manager for the publication of new pages and dissemination of approved content, updating existing material as per business stakeholders\‘ requests, adhering to best practices in SEO, user experience, accessibility, and web design.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, including business representatives, UX designers, IT partners, content creators, and marketing professionals, to enhance the visitor experience.
- Performance Monitoring: Leverage data and insights to refine web experiences, monitor performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement in collaboration with the Insights & Analytics team.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Content Publishing and Web Strategy: Extensive experience in content publishing and strong command of content management systems, particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- HTML Expert: Proven expertise in HTML and CSS, with a solid background in web development.
- Analytical Tools Expertise: Experience with user experience measurement tools like Adobe Analytics and GA4, as well as DCX tools like Contentsquare.
- SEO Knowledge: Proven principles and techniques in applying SEO best practices on websites.
- Collaborative Mindset: Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams on web development, design, and content strategies.
- Automobile Industry Awareness: A dedication to staying informed about trends in the automobile industry to enhance website user engagement.
- Detail-Oriented: A careful approach to ensuring high-quality standards in published content.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in web development, web integration, digital marketing, or similar positions is required.
