Your Tasks:
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data from various sources, including market research projects (e.g., consumer surveys, focus groups, etc.), external and internal statistics, web analytics, etc.
- Support the development of marketing intelligence by (co-)creating market and target audience profiles, customer journey maps, and views on the competitive landscape.
- Conduct desk research and research using information platforms like creative databases, trend databases, and marketing intelligence platforms like WARC, Mintel, etc.
- Review third-party reports from research vendors, our media agency, Google, etc.
- Support the development and implementation of continuous and ad hoc market research projects like brand tracking, creative post- and pre-tests, product and service satisfaction surveys, product clinics, etc.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external research vendors, agencies, and clients to ensure high-quality market research and intelligence outputs.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, psychology, sociology, business administration, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including survey design, focus groups, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, or similar; experience with web analytics and social listening tools is a plus.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to diverse audiences.
- First experience in customer insights, market research, or a similar role, with a strong drive to deliver actionable insights would be advantageous.
- First experience in developing customer personas, journey maps, and other tools that inform customer-centric strategies would be advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- A curious mind paired with a passion for understanding customer needs, markets, and product characteristics.
