To strengthen our Social Media expert team in Frankfurt, we are looking for someone who brings a hands-on mentality and a passion for the social media world to join us as soon as possible as a
Your Tasks:
- Showcasing skills with Power Point, Excel, and other Microsoft tools to support strategy and execution.
- Using your prior experience with social media and project management tools to keep campaigns and tasks organized.
- Leading community management efforts, creating meaningful engagement with audiences across platforms.
- Developing new content ideas and suggesting strategies to increase audience engagement.
- Maintaining an awareness of how campaigns perform against set KPIs and continuously optimizing them.
- Collaborating with on-site teams during live events to manage real-time social media content.
- Bringing a passion for cars and an understanding of the target audience (a big plus!).
- Being fluent in English (essential for communication and content creation).
Your Profile:
- Proactive and solution-oriented Senior Social Media Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- At least 1-2 years of agency experience.
- A team player, reliable with a forward-thinking, can-do attitude.
- Good understanding of the social media ecosystem, from strategy to community engagement to reporting.
- Experience in Microsoft and social media tools for reporting and presenting strategies.
- Fluency in English, with additional European languages considered a plus.
