Your Tasks:
- Paid Search Management:
- Creating, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Conducting keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization to improve campaign performance.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
- Staying updated with search engine algorithms and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Paid Social Media Management:
- Developing and executing paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Creating engaging ad copies, eye-catching visuals, and compelling calls-to-action to maximize ad performance.
- Monitoring social media ad metrics, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Staying informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to incorporate innovative strategies.
- Campaign Optimization:
- Using A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad performance and ROI.
- Implementing retargeting strategies to re-engage website visitors and previous customers.
- Collaborating with the creative team to develop visually appealing and conversion-focused ad creatives.
- Budget Management:
- Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Adjusting budgets and bidding strategies based on campaign performance and business goals.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generating detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Analyzing key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience managing paid search and social media advertising campaigns.
- Proven experience with the Google Marketing Platform SA360.
- Ability to use Sistrix/SEMRush or other keyword analytics tools.
- Ability to consult and guide clients.
- Strong proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other social media advertising tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Certifications in Google Ads and other relevant platforms are a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken German and good English.
- Basic knowledge of copywriting.
- Experience in the Automotive industry is a plus.
