I
We're looking for someone who loves making things work smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the person who keeps our order engine humming. Making sure customers get what they need, when they need it, without the drama.
You’ll join our DACH team, where we’re building simple, reliable, and scalable ways of working.
What You’ll Be Doing
Owning the day‑to‑day flow of customer orders. Checking, validating, and keeping everything on track
Jumping on issues fast, fixing errors, and handling anything that doesn’t fit the standard flow
Partnering with Logistics and Commercial Team to solve stock challenges and make smart allocation decisions
Taking full ownership of returns, making the process smooth and hassle‑free
Keeping our customer data clean, accurate, and up to date (because details matter)
Being the go‑to operational contact for customers. The person they trust to get things done
Communicating clearly, calmly, and quickly when things go off track
What You Bring
Fluent German & English (you’ll be working across DACH)
Experience in supply chain or customer operations
A solid grip on order management and fulfilment processes
Comfort working with ERP systems and operational data
Strong communication skills. You know how to keep things clear and constructive
A hands‑on, detail‑oriented mindset with a love for solving problems
What You’ll Get
A real understanding of how supply chain, logistics, and customer teams connect and scale
The chance to work closely with customers and cross‑functional teams every day
Exposure to real‑time challenges and the opportunity to improve how things are done
A voice in cross‑functional projects and continuous improvements
A front‑row seat to building great customer experience in a growing business
A collaborative DACH team that gets things done
Because you'll help us do the right things in the right way, we'll make sure you're looked after too. You'll receive a starting salary of at least €45,000 (full‑time equivalent) and, depending on your experience and what you bring to the table, we’re happy to go above that.
On top of that, you'll get a company pension scheme, private healthcare, a performance‑related bonus, the option of a 4‑day week, and your birthday off to celebrate however you fancy. Plus a bunch of other nice things.
We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.
