Join us as Client Support Engineer and support our employees with state‑of‑the‑art IT equipment. Maintaining our laptop fleet and troubleshooting issues will be your daily business. You will be part of the Officeservices team, which provides everything our employees need, from paper clips to laptops. Occasionally, you will help with non‑IT tasks such as supporting events, receiving parcels or welcoming guests.
Responsibilities
- Manage Windows and MacOS clients, software and users within a hybrid Microsoft environment (Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune).
- Maintain on‑site IT equipment (Teams Rooms, hybrid work setups).
- Optimize and automate processes to promote self‑service and enable the Service Desk to solve standard issues and requests (PowerShell, Intune).
- Support the team at the Service Desk and work on projects with other teammates.
- Operate audio, video and streaming equipment; manage AV systems (KNX, DMX, RTSP, Home Assistant) if interested.
Qualifications
- Professional experience: at least 1 year in relevant fields.
- Theoretical background: completion of training as \“Fachinformatiker\“ or similar.
- Communication skills: fluent English & German; overall communication skills are mandatory to foster professional collaboration.
- Self‑organization: work independently, structure tasks, and set clear priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion: bring a strong willingness to learn new skills and embrace new opportunities.
