Your future role.

• Within the Innomotics Finance and Treasury team you are responsible for employee benefits topics (including occupational pension schemes).
• You are responsible for the development and implementation of a tailor-made post-employment (pension) and employee benefit (EB) strategy, including the introduction of appropriate tools, processes, and reporting.
• You act as consultant, first point of contact, and center of expertise for Innomotics companies regarding the global and local EB and pension plans.
• You work closely with the global actuary and EB broker, e.g., on the annual valuation of pension plans as well as the renewal or optimization of local EB programs.
• You closely collaborate with the other Innomotics Finance and Treasury teams, mainly with P&O and Accounting.

Your profile.

• You hold a university degree in business administration, mathematics, HR, accounting, or equivalent, ideally supplemented by suitable additional qualifications (e.g., Actuary DAV).
• You have gained long-term experience in the field of EB and pensions (including reporting, valuation, and asset management) as well as in collaborating with EB broker and actuary, ideally in an international mid-size environment.
• You have proven knowledge in digitalization and automation of EB- and pension-related processes in globally operating companies.
• You are a team player with a proactive, solution-oriented way of thinking and acting, even beyond your area of responsibility.
• Your strengths include analytical and conceptual thinking, convincing communication and networking skills as well as a high level of commitment and resilience.
• Your openness and interest in new things make you an outstanding team player contributing to our successful and powerful Innomotics Finance & Treasury Team.
• You demonstrate fluent command of German and English.
