Your Future Role As a Sales Engineer responsible for Eastern Europe, you will manage and grow our Geared Motors business in the region, support key customers, and identify new opportunities across various industrial sectors. The role offers autonomy, flexibility, and a strong support network.
Your Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand our Geared Motors business
Build long‑term relationships with partners, OEMs, and key accounts
Identify new business opportunities and execute the commercial strategy
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Configure and select Geared Motors using internal tools
Collaborate closely with our factories and internal support functions
Handle customer escalations when required
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas
Promote digital tools and e‑commerce solutions to customers
Your Profile We welcome both experienced candidates and recent graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
You Bring One Or More Of The Following
Experience in technical sales or business development (a plus, not required)
Knowledge of motors, rotating machinery, or drive technology (advantageous)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team
Interest in technology and industrial applications
Ability to manage your own planning and priorities
Native German speaker (must)
Strong command of English (required)
Other East European language is a plus
