Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced US Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various roles across multiple industries in the United States. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels to attract top talent.
  • Client & Hiring Manager Interaction: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Applicant Screening: Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Job Posting & Branding: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date talent pool and applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all hiring processes comply with US employment laws and company policies.
  • Negotiation & Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations, offer letters, and pre-employment procedures.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices in the US job market.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in US recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of US hiring laws, work authorizations, and employment practices.
  • Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT, healthcare, finance, or engineering recruitment.
  • Familiarity with VMS (Vendor Management System) and W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
