Требования:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
- Experience eliciting, analyzing, decomposing, and formalizing requirements using artifacts such as WBS, User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, SRS, V&S, BRD, and Business Cases
- Experience managing requirements throughout the lifecycle, including traceability, impact analysis, and change management
- Experience in the insurance domain
- Experience modeling business processes with BPMN and using UML diagrams and models
- Hands‑on experience or a solid understanding of system analysis, including SQL, database modeling, data analysis, and integration research and description
- Knowledge of core UI/UX principles and proficiency with prototyping tools such as Figma
- Understanding of the SDLC and Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience identifying, analyzing, and managing stakeholder expectations
- Understanding of project risk management fundamentals at the requirements level
- Analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex business processes and propose optimization methods
- Teamwork skills and the ability to find common ground with others
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher

- other foreign languages at B2 level or higher, especially German, experience in a banking environment or fintech projects, software development experience in other roles, mentoring experience, experience with Adacta (Insure)
