Team Leader Backend Software Development (m/f/d) Permanent position, full-time – Melle Your tasks You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of our backend development projects and will lead the backend team (5 people). This also includes promoting the personal and professional development of your team members. You enjoy independently developing software modules and creating individual operating systems (keywords: Debos and Yocto). The implementation of modular signal analysis pipelines and client/server architectures in C/C++ are also part of your tasks. Compliance with high quality standards in code and documentation is a matter of course for you – to this end, you regularly check the code reviews and implement best practices in your area. You will work closely with the front-end team and other development areas (hardware, design, pre-development) as well as product management. Your profile You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or a natural science degree with a focus on computer science. You have already gained several years of experience in backend development and have experience in leading and developing teams. You are confident in working with Linux-based operating systems and have good knowledge of C/C++.
