Team Leader Frontend-Software Development and Software-Testing (m/w/d)

Your mission

• You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and realisation of our front-end development projects and will be in charge of the front-end and testing team (5 people).
• This also includes promoting the personal and professional development of your team members.
• You enjoy the independent development of intuitive user interfaces.
• Maintaining high quality standards in code and documentation is a matter of course for you – in this respect you will regularly review code and implement best practices in your area.
• You will work closely with the backend team and product management.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or a scientific degree specialising in computer science.
• You have several years of experience in front-end development and ideally in software testing (e.g. according to ISTQB).
• You have already gained experience in leading and developing teams.
• You are confident in working with Linux-based operating systems and have good knowledge of web development (especially JavaScript).
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
