Responsibilities
Act on site as the main interface between customers, authorities, subcontractors and project site personnel in all technical and administrative matters
Ensure smooth site operations and lead of onsite team on a day-to-day basis
Execute and monitor project performance with regard to local regulations, schedule, technical advisory services, HSE and quality
Maintain daily communication with customers, subcontractors and internal back‑office teams
Lead, coordinate and support commissioning activities for Data Center electrical systems and equipment
Prepare commissioning documentation and test scripts
Qualifications
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field with at least two years of experience in Data Centers
Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment e.g. Trafos, MV/LV switchgear, Diesel Generators, BESS, UPS, etc.
Strong organisational skills with experience in coordinating team(s) and understanding project scopes and requirements
Willingness to work within Europe on challenging Data Center projects
Fluent English required (German is an advantage)
Valid work permit in EU
